- Surcharge of $50 - $100 is applicable for delivery to venues without direct lift landing, subject to approval
- Delivery to non-permanent addresses (eg: chalet, resort, club, pub & etc.) will require pre-payment to be done via credit card before the event date
- Due to high demand during the festive period, actual delivery time may vary 30 mins (+/-) from the stipulated delivery time
- Penang Culture reserves the right to exchange dish to another of equivalent value without prior notice, due to seasonality
