Terms & Conditions

  • Increment of order must be in multiples of 5 pax
  • Food comes with complete table layout with skirting, warmers, and full set of disposable cutleries and serviettes
  • Food is best consumed within 3 hours
  • Menu is not entitled to further discount, unless otherwise stated
  • Prices quoted are subject to GST
  • Orders must be placed 5 working days prior to event date
  • 10% Service Charge for waste management, labour & equipment set up is applicable.
  • Delivery charge of $90 ($98.10 w/ GST) per return trip applicable
  • Surcharge of $10 ($10.90 w/ GST) is applicable for delivery to offshore areas (Keppel, Sentosa, Jurong Island) and central area denoted by the first 2 digits of the postal code: Robinson – 01, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08; Marina Square – 03, 17; Orchard – 22, 23,24; Bras Basah – 18, 19
  • Surcharge of $100 – $150 is applicable for delivery to venues without direct lift landing, subject to approval
  • Full payment via Credit Card, PayNow & PayLah is required to secure your booking. Note that a 3% administration fees is applicable for Credit Card transaction
  • Cancellation of orders by customers must be in writing at least 2 working days before the event date and the following cancellation charges will apply:
  • o Cancellation made 1 working day (after 12nn) prior to event date: 50% of the total bill will be charged
  • o Cancellation made on the day of the event: 100% of the total bill will be charged
  • o An administrative fee of $100 ($109.00 w/GST) is applicable for cancellation of orders after payment has been made
  • Buffet set-up at any landed property will be done at ground level
  • Due to high demand during the festive period, actual delivery time may vary 30 mins (+/–) from the stipulated delivery time
  • Penang Culture reserves the right to exchange dish to another of equivalent value without prior notice, due to seasonality
  • In the event of dispute, Penang Culture Pte Ltd holds the final decision
