Surcharge of $100 – $150 is applicable for delivery to venues without direct lift landing, subject to approval
Surcharge for venues with no loading bay from $100 - $150
Full payment via Credit Card, PayNow & PayLah is required to secure your booking. Note that a 3% administration fees is applicable for Credit Card transaction
Cancellation of orders by customers must be in writing at least 2 working days before the event date and the following cancellation charges will apply:
o Cancellation made 1 working day (after 12nn) prior to event date: 50% of the total bill will be charged
o Cancellation made on the day of the event: 100% of the total bill will be charged
o An administrative fee of $100 ($108 w/GST) is applicable for cancellation of orders after payment has been made
Buffet set-up at any landed property will be done at ground level
Due to high demand during the festive period, actual delivery time may vary 30 mins (+/–) from the stipulated delivery time
Penang Culture reserves the right to exchange dish to another of equivalent value without prior notice, due to seasonality
